This has spurred me to stretch more. I have no idea about the different splits mentioned here so don't know if I'm stretching correctly. I wish I could say I was in my 40's working on this! 🙂 I am no where near and won't be by Christmas, but I am farther than when I started poling. Instead of 3 inches from the floor, I split 3 inches lower from standing, haha

Oh No! I wish I saw this thread earlier. I asked santa for all 3 splits for christmas and he said I had to work extra hard all year (started in feb) to get them. Here is a picture of my centre splits, for me they are the hard ones! I didn't do a picture, but I tried a split in front of the tree the other night. I havent' done any stretching or training or workouts in a couple of months and came within a few inches cold for box splits. Straddle splits were laughable though lol.

I just saw this now (a little late for xmas, oops!) but love it! I’m supremely inflexible so while I would l love to participate in the valentines day one I’ll probably be more on the Easter/4th of July track. Suppppper cute idea though. Congrats, ladies! Y’all looked amazing 🙂
