  Spatchcock help!

  Hey, I’m new here!

  I was just wondering if anyone could help me?

  I can get into spatchcock from the floor, but was wondering what’s the best (and easiest – if that’s possile!) way to get into it from up the pole? Would it be from Scorpio?
