Skype Pole Date?
Howdy Yall,
I know a while ago veeners used to hold Skype sessions for jams. Is this still going on? If so when?

I am surprised that no one answered this sooner. I haven’t been a part of the “pole jams” you’re talking about and am not sure if they still do it.
However, I know that a lot of people on here will have private skype sessions (just the two of them). I’ve done that before and loved it. Let me know if you’d ever like to skype. -

Ive been curious about the video part… am i missing something. I see the chat, but no video option

In any chat room or in one-on-one chat you will see an icon at the top that looks like a little webcam. That is how you turn on video or start a video chat.

Hmmm. Im not seeing the function. Im on a tablet, could that be why?

You can’t use the video function with a tablet or phone.

Bummer I can only get Internet on my phone at home in the room where the pole is 🙁

I would love if more people would use the video chat! Pole jams are my fix when I can’t make it to a studio!

Maybe we should have a weekly or bi-weekly discussion post where people can post what days & times they will be available for chat on here?
Would have to decide on a shared Time standard like GMT so I don’t get all mixed up. -
I usually try to pole on tues, thurs & sundays. I’d be happy to do video jam with anyone who wants to in Veena chat or on Skype.

Hello I can Skype pole jam wed mornings when my boy is at preschool and sometimes evenings if husband working late 8-9pm.
It’s just past 11pm here now dunno what time zone that makes me… -

I Skype frequently bur always love a new jam partner. I am free evenings during the week. Weekends are spotty during the summer. I am central time and so are you tropicalpole as it is 11:25 currently.

We used to do a Friday night jam every Friday In the chat room on here…anyone and everyone could take part. Does anyone still do this or want to do this?

sometimes if I want a pole session buddy i just put out a post seeing if anyone wants to pole at a similar time and then find a video platform ( sv chat, skype or tinychat) that works for them and away we go. 🙂 most of my online pole jams are a result of reaching out and asking if they wanted to do a poel skype session. 🙂
