Hi! I’m new here but I’m not new to pole dancing. I have been practicing boudoir dance, yoga dance, and contortion for three years and I have pole exerpeince too. I’m now in better shape but I want to get in better shape before I buy a pole so it will be easier to use it again once I get it. I never had a teacher and I am curious what all of you have done to enhance your strength without the pole. I need recommendations that will help me with a jade spilt, flag pole, shoulder mount, and a stronger leg hang. Also what can I do to strengthen my double knee hold?

Hi welcome! Here are 30 different exercises you can do without a pole that will strengthen the whole body. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/52f90381-4458-4123-99e5-41150a9aa0eb Also for moves that require flexibility, I have many individual stretching lessons, full length stretching routines and I just finished developing my new 30 flexibility program that will guide you for 30 days!

I would say that having a pole at home will allow you to progress faster with many of the moves you listed, so I don’t see any reason to wait with that. 🙂

I’m sure others will have some suggestions too!
