Tropical, what I meant was I am not comfortable with pole walking and would rather be on the pole instead of the floor. And I never dance in heels at all.

Day 3⃣ Body Waves! It’s totally normal to feel awkward, but practice, practice! Not only are these sexy, they are great for warming the muscles of the spine and strengthening the abs! So work on these even if you don’t feel sexy they are good for ya! 💜.

I loved doing the body waves! Sometimes I get SO critical of myself when trying to dance, and I even criticize my body waves harshly… but, really, I love doing them, and I like seeing me do them! They’re one of the few things I really understood, and took to. 🙂 -
Day 4! I’m doing a Sexy Plié Squat! 👯 These are great for strengthing the legs AND you can use them as a warm up or a sexy transition as well!

I’m getting closer to posting my challenge vids. I got my pole up this evening. I even video’d the first three clips, only they loaded into the computer sideways! I’ll try again in the morning. Woohoo! Here I come!!! 😀

I will be uploading my videos on a weekly basis, partly because I am still on the conditioning programme and trying to juggle it with 2 dancing classes this coming week. Also, I seem to be having an issue with my shoulder which I need to get checked out 🙁

Gads. I have my vid loaded to my profile and it shows up on the home page, but I can’t seem to find it in such a way as to post it in this thread. I tried copy/paste the address link – it won’t give me a past option. I tried uploading here from my computer, but for some reason I can’t find the vid when I press the Add Files button.

Cazzzz, I usually use “control – C” to copy, and “Control – V” to paste. You just hold down control and the letter while you’ve got the URL highlighted, and it’ll copy/paste for you.
What’s your Instagram name? Perhaps I could put it up for you, if you want 🙂
