Moving really is overwhelming all by itself, never mind taking care of a big family (I consider yours large),keeping up with daily necessities, and doing all you do for us here at studioVeena. Please don’t feel defeated! Look at all you’ve been accomplishing and remember that not everything has to be done right away today. Regarding the videos, I imagine most (or all) moves have lessons available for those who purchase the lessons – those who don’t purchase the lessons might be comfortable seeing the videos from some of the other lovely and experienced Veeners while you are healing. Injuries are disappointing, for sure, but we know you’re wise and will let yourself recover before doing anything that might not be good for the toe.
Sorry you are having to deal with this right now – take care of yourself!

Veena, I think the last day or two have been tough on everyone (at least lots of the people I know – must be a full moon or something). Take your time and get better; we will still be here when you’re healed!

Veena, this is so awful for you, please look after yourself – must feel overwhelming. Hugs.

What can we do to help?

You already have these moves shot for lessons,
can you simply play the demo of the remaining moves on a TV screen or laptop with sound muted (and music playing instead in the room), then hold your phone cam close to the screen and film it, then upload to IG? You don’t need to do any editing just film the bit where you demo the move in the lesson.

Or do you want us to try to demo things and you repost or redirect?

Thank you guys! I decided for today I would just do as suggested and video the lesson of the computer onto my phone. It doesn’t look great but it got the job done.

    Day 11💋 Standing V. http://instagram.com/p/y8Ps7kJAV1/

This one can be tricky because of the balance and strength needed in the hip. This is an Intermediate transition so beginner don’t worry if it’s a bit too challenging, that’s expected. If you need help with this check out the lesson for great tips https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4d39933e-5908-4cf3-baf7-663d0ac37250

Veena, I really hope that things get better quickly for you! A broken toe seriously sucks, and moving is awful in general, and is fairly stressful!
Take some time for you to relax. We’ll all be here when you get back 🙂

Hugs Veena. Take your time and heal properly. I’ve fallen off this challenge. The moves are hard! Lol. I doubt I’ll be able to catch up, but I’m loving everyone’s videos.

I am currently preparing my move and it’s getting quite messy at home. I want more time to practice and dance but my priority is definately elsewhere…. Do my best not to feel overwhelmed…

Veena, If all else fails I sent you a private IG message with a recording of you doing it. Unless you find something better.

I jazzed it up with flower petals to distract from the fact that its recorded off a computer. But I can removed that stuff if its too busy.

Just in case no one gets to it by the time you want to post. You don’t need to use it.

Thanks Allyson! I just recorded it off my computer screen. I’ve been really busy today took me almost 3 hours to get groceries today! My toe seems to be getting much better though, not nearly as painful and injured as the last time, thank god!

Day 16! 💋 I was able to record this one!! Yay! No toes were hurt in the making of this video. http://instagram.com/p/zJKcBjJAfk/

This can be used as a transition or on its own as floor work. Adding in some hip action by doing a body wave can increase the sexy factor! Here is the lesson https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5323280a-6c44-48f1-ab84-72050a9aa0eb
