SV April Focus
This month is all about POLE our favorite, right? I’ve had some requests to create quick lessons again and if this is something you’d like to see please let me know, I’m not sure how useful they are or if anyone uses them. If I do more QL I’ll be posting more beginner and intermediate work and you will not see them all on IG so make sure to watch the daily email for the newest lessons!
I’ll be sharing some fun routines for pole as well, much like I did for hammock and chair, we’ll see how that goes. Does that sound like fun? I hope so, I’m super excited!
I also have what I feel, is a very BIG announcement for pole peeps so keep a look out, I’m going to make a post here now, and I’ll chat about it on scope later today too!

Quick lessons and combos are key to me. If you want to dance, you cannot learn only tricks! You need to know the tricks of course, but if you don’t know how to chain them, it won’t look that good. Both tricks and flow are important and complement each other.

Yes, Now that my grand daughters have their own pole and access to Veena’s lessons, any beginner/intermediate graceful flow routines or duet work would be much fun:)

I also vote for beginner to intermediate quick lessons/combos. Also, more “sexy pole”, I mean, body waves, figure eights and that kind of stuff. It’s good for everybody: beginners can do it, and more advanced polers can add it to their flows to add variety.
