Day 28. The 1st clip is an attempt at what we were supposed to do…(hard!) and the second clip (also hard!) is not what the challenge was, but I got a lot closer so I wanted to include it. 😂 https://instagram.com/p/2Ch3AXDLBR/

Day 29. These were seriously ab-tastic… Though I feel weird about it after seeing everyone call this move the “vagina monster” haha.

Day 30- The Iron X. I knew I was nowhere near ready for this move, so I tried the alternate strength building clip. Then I thought, what if I stand on a bucket and try this, (I don’t have those wall bars). Let me tell you, it worked. May not look pretty, but it worked. So, here is my final submission and thank you so much for a very fun first challenge for me! I thought everyone did awesome!

Day 30. Here is the most hilarious attempt at my extended butterfly trying to control it down through iron x. Watch it with the sound on to hear the big crash as my foot slams into the dresser and my jewelry box goes flying. I’m going to be black and blue!

Ahhhh, I hope you’re ok! The problem with poling in small spaces! 😓
-
Thanks Veena. I’m ok, I think Its definitely going to leave a mark but its not so bad.
I’m fine… But I’m kind of in an overwhelmed funk. Too many things to do and fix (expensive things too) around the house, so I just don’t have the time or money to really revamp my pole room right now. I need to handle my jungle of a yard, paint my house and fence, fix some stuff in the basement, get some electrical work done, and take down a dying tree, and more before I can get to it.
Wahhhhh. Usually pole makes me forget the stress and just relax, but not when you just want more spacceeeeee 😛
OK, done whining.

Oh, Allyson, I am sorry about the crash…. take good care of your foot.
