  Just looked my divas closet wow i love the rio feather skirt in turquoise but am sure i can make it myself !!!

  I made my own feather skirt b/c I did not want to spend that either (you can check out my pics – there should be at least one with my skirt). I got my feathers from http://myworld.ebay.com/pretty-plumes  They came in 6-7 inch sections, so all I had to do was sew the sections together, it made it really easy to handle since they were already bunched together.
