    Hello!
    I am obsessed with the rainbow marchenko for a few years now but i still cannot find a way to flex my back and legs enough to do it. My dream is to actually be able to correctly and possibly do it but i don’t know what kind of training or tricks i need to be able to get my body to flex enough.
    Do any of you have any suggestions or tips that could possibly help me?

    Get a contortion coach . Seriously , that is contortion level flexibility and training with a contortion coach is gonna be your best try at getting it. you can use the flexibility lessons here to increase whatever flexibility you already have for splits and back bends. But to get into the deep backbending , and openness of your shoulders and hip flexors for that pose you will have to train far beyond a regular backbend and splits. See if there are any circus training schools in your area. Unless you are an experienced gymnast or if you are an ex- cheer leader who is used to doing needle scales and standing scorpions , you will really want training from a contortion coach . Also, training to a very advanced level of yoga with a yogi instructor is another path to lead towards that sort of flexibility..

    Hi! Can I ask why it’s such and important move for you to achieve? This is an elite level move and with that being said, are you aware that not every move is appropriate for everyone? How is your back mobility at this point?
