Rainbow Marchenko Problems
Hello!
I am obsessed with the rainbow marchenko for a few years now but i still cannot find a way to flex my back and legs enough to do it. My dream is to actually be able to correctly and possibly do it but i don’t know what kind of training or tricks i need to be able to get my body to flex enough.
Do any of you have any suggestions or tips that could possibly help me?
