Not really into the shoes or music in Shadow’s vid either but as Chem pointed out it is an old video so for me she gets a pass (crack and all hehe). I have to say also, to have those skills during that time when polers didn’t have as many educational resources as we have now and were mainly self taught she is freakin’ awesome!

tis an old vid , i saw it when it was new and it just took my breath away,, so i guess for me it has some reminiscent value to it as well;)the control these girls have is breathtaking ,gotta love spin pole !! 🙂
