1 Yes you can place a lessons in your Favorites.
2 You don’t have to, but you SHOULD perform the lessons in order. My method of teaching is often different than other studios. Also each lesson builds on the next so they are all placed in a particular order to allow for safe and fast strength building and progression. At the very least, watch EACH Getting Started Lesson placed at the beginning of a new section. These all have great tips and suggestions for using the lessons.
The 30 day take off program is also included in the lessons and it will give you 30 days of lesson plans! 🙂
You can also ask me questions about a lesson from that lesson at any time and I get back to you ASAP.
Under each of the main lessons you’ll find a list of related lessons to work on. These will help you achieve whatever we are working on in the main lesson. Sometimes you’ll find stretches to do, other pole work, strength work or all of the above.
