    Hi everyone.

I was just wanting to get some advice from anyone that has done pole dancing while pregnant. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and have had a month off of pole due to being sick, I am going back to class tonight as I just can’t stay away. But I am not sure what is okay to do and what is not.. I have been doing pole for about a year and half or just over, so I do feel very comfortable with inverting, but my stomach is starting to expand and bloat out a lot and I am not sure if this is a good idea anymore.
Unfortunately, my doctor does not really know anything about pole dancing so he is not able to give me any advice.

Any advice from personal experience will be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi, congrats!! You’ll find a lot of helpful info if you use the search. Also you might want to take a look at my Veena Method curriculum it talks about pregnancy and yes, it’s free! https://www.studioveena.com/methods/letter

I’ve worked out through all of my pregnancies and poled through the last. You’ll see how I approached it in the link I provided and in other discussions you’ll find here through search. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions!!
