Post Workout Skin and Hair Care
Hey guys, what are your best tips for keeping your skin and hair beautiful when we have such active lifestyles, with pole?
I wrote an article on the topic for my website, and the key points that came up again and again in my research were:
– Hydration during workouts
– Rinsing or showering ASAP after sweating a lot
– Avoiding exfoliating too soon or too frequently
– Moisturising enough (the article also has some advice for pole dancers who struggle with this one! lol)
– Protecting your hair during a workout, and tips for how often to wash your hair
– Getting plenty of sleep

I really struggle with dry skin and getting enough sleep, but after doing that research I try to at least have baby wipes handy after poling and try to remember to moisturise at bed times too.
