    I think I ordered a pole off here a few mins ago but the power flickered so I lost connection…is there a way to check to see if my order went through?

    Will I receive a confirmation email regarding the pole I ordered today?  I ordered the 45mm chrome 9ft. Thanks!!

    @tinnietim – You already received a receipt.  You will receive shipping confirmation when it ships on Monday.

    @webmaster- i ordered a pole yesterday and got an email saying my payment was randomly reviewed by pay pal and that if i get any emails or phone calls from them to take care of everything immediately so that my pole can be shipped. i purchased it with my master card. i dont have pay pal. is that a problem?

    All our payments are handled by PayPal. They do random checks.

    I am so jealous, it can take another 3 weeks before mine gets here, and it has already been 3 weeks. At least I can get a pole over here in Germany. Have fun

    I ordered mine on Saturday and have yet to receive any sort of shipping confirmation. Is this normal? I’m just sooo excited!!!

    @XhavokX – Typically it only takes one business day to get shipping info however order volume is ramping up at X-Pole and it has been taking longer.  I will email you the shipping info as soon as I receive it.  I apologize for any invonvenience.

    JhennD – Veeners get a discount from PS (I think it's 10%.) You just gotta put in the code in the checkout or tell the rep you are a veener when you order.

    Not that I know of. last time I talked to them it was still allowed, which wasn't that long ago.

    I ordered a pole on 10/15. Is there a way to check the status of it? I dont even know if it has been shipped or anything. I only recieved order confirmation from paypal. How long will it take to get here? I live in MA.

    Call the company you ordered it from. You shoujld get an e-mail when it has been shipped with a tracking number.

    I ordered it through StudioVeena and I called them and emailed them twice and still no reply. I am starting to get nervous.

    Any order through SV ships directly from XPole.  The only time I have ever known about delays is if XPole is out of stock of your pole.  Have you checked the X site to see if it is on backorder?  And, um, 10/15 was only 2 days ago.

     

    Also, as a tip, there is a "contact us" link on the bottom of every simgle page.  That is the quickest way to get a hold of Webby and Veena.

    MissStarr – I sincerely apologize for any delay or confusion in your order.  Your order has been received and it was sent to X-Pole immediately upon receipt.  Due to order volume their typical shipping time has been about two business days which means you should receive your tracking today.

    I'm sorry I have no emails in my inbox from you. We did receive a call from MA this morning while our team was on another business call but there was no message left so we didn't return it.  I can call you if you want to private message me here with the phone number you'd like to call me at.
