You are all so helpful! Thanks!💋💐

No handed open v hip hold and no handed spin down were my efforts, also recorded Nosebreaker drop and nearly actually broke my nose, took the hit on my shoulder instead! Got a nice graze off the carpet.

Everyone had trouble with N and no- handed stuff was what pretty much everyone came up with.

Now I need O and I should have saved the open leg V hip hold thing for tomorrow because I can’t think of anything else. Open Allegra? That’s just Allegra, isn’t it? Erm….

Can anyone think of an O?
    halp!

P I got pirouettes, planche, pike, pretzel, plank, passé, pencil, pageant rolls…

    O is …. 😟😶
    Argh

Is that when you gemini up high and them go into splits down the pole? Or is it that Russian one where you lean away like \
    ?

Oh yeah! Outside leg hang! Home safe, I can sleep in gemini these days! (Credit to PrettyPixie for that saying). I already did gemini for G but I can gemini into some thingy on spin to make it pretty…

Sparrow, oona spin looks to me like reverse grab to chair to backwards chopper to halfgemini to butterfly
    On static. Is that right?

Wow looks amazing! I will try; I never work static so I don’t think I will be able to pull it off but that’s whAts good about challenges, take you out if the comfort zone!

    Thanks again ladies x

Well O Outside Leg Hang variations including Superman drop done, P for Pike (upright pike spin and inverted pike hip hold) done and

Q is still defeating me. Guess Drama Queen it is!

haa good effort tropical!! almost at the end now =) i think i need to come on instagram just to see your alphabet it sounds awesome..!!
in other news i attempted noodle on tues… HAHAAAHAHAHA!!!! one of those moves u think looks quite straightforward in the video, then you try it and your leg goes ‘u want me to go WHERE NOW? yeeeaahhh not happening, sorry’ and gets stuck halfway to reaching the pole =P but i felt a bit better that at least none of my far more experienced pole buddies could do it either… tricky bugger that one!!!! let me know if any of u manage it =)

Polekat u r the first one to make me smile on a dreary morning in what seems like an eternal week… your post is hilarious, I love it bc it sounds exactly like the experience (& body’s reaction to me) I’m likely to have with attempting this pose! But attempt I will nevertheless, hopefully by next week. I need a new cool move so bad to lift my spirits this season… so I’ll either rejoice at getting this, or at simply being a new member of your “No Way, Noodle is not happening” club…

I like Noodle! I’ve seen a lot of ppl do it but never heard anyone call it noodle! It’s a lot easier with your hands still on the pole, lol, but I guess that takes away from the coolness of it huh?

@Tropicalpole where are you now? I never do IG challenges because I don’t have the patience! R? S? T? I guess Rainbow Marchenko is out. Maybe Scorpio or Splits for S? Titanic or Tea Party for T?

This is a great thread, brought a smile to my dreary day too 🙂

Hah ha at the noodle struggling! It’s R for Rocketman today and tomorrow is S so shoulder mount, superman, Scorpio switches, scissor climb, swan – loads of choice for tomorrow. I will probably do scissor climb since it’s the most impressive and see if I can squeeze in something beginning with S at the top of the pole.

I don’t have much time so mostly doing vid of stuff I can already do and concentrating on making it look good in a 15 sec clip combo. Have tried new stuff as a result though, just left the clips on my phone!

Thanks Lina! Well today was T and I found out what a Tabletop was, failed to achieve Titanic 😡😫😳😱 and did Tulip Bud, Teddy and Twisted Plank.
