  Pole move twists

  I always love seeing new variations of moves and how people interpret what they do on the poles, a nice one ive seen recently is a one handed chair with the outside leg tucked under the knees. so was just wondering..

  What are your favourite twists on traditional pole tricks and spins that make them stand out as something new?

  I do two different variations of a Back Grab spin.  First is at 10 seconds in "Summer Vacation Pole Dance 2010"  .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4TSZtV5Yrw
