  Pole Question

  I just purchased the new bottom loading xpert pole from xpole but I am having trouble getting the bottom base to lock on in order to install. Any suggestions fellow pole lovers?

  Hmm I bought my X-pole abour a month ago and didn’t have any problems. Did yours come with written instrucitons and DVD or just written?
