Marine & Luvlee- I am pretty sure KT tape is black magic. I take it with me everywhere because if I strain anything and tape it, it gets better almost overnight. Kinked my neck last week when I was out of town and for once I didnt have it with me. Got some at walmart and taped the back of my neck. Really helped.

I am going to the expo this year, and went last year as well… Who is doing what workshops?! Id love to know someone else who would be in any of the ones I’m in! I have sexy floor beast with Steven Retchless, let’s get dizzy with Natasha wang, come fly with me with Carlie hunter and stretched with alethea Austin. 🙂

It’s official…I’m going to Pole Expo!! Hubby surprised me this morning and he’s paying for me take take one of my friends…so I picked my student Susan since she’s been so dedicated to coming to class and she has become a pole addictl!! I can’t wait to tell her tomorrow!!
So I just signed up to take the following workshops: Breaking Bad with Michula Nunez (Saturday) and Handspring Clinic with Zoraya Judd (Friday). Ladies, I will be wearing my DolSue Tank top!! Hope I get to meet everyone that’s going from SV!! Yay!!! -

I have been MIA from this site for awhile…life changes… (divorce, move, turned 30, kitten died, car died, new job…. does it sound like a bad country song yet?) but I’m getting my act back together finally.
Anyway, I just got the go ahead that I have the weekend off for Pole Expo so I’m going by golly!!
I’m just signing up for some workshops now… I’ve got 2-3 per day which may be ambitious but I really wanted to get the most out of this since… well I don’t get to do this stuff often and I need to get the hell out of dodge and forget about everything but pole!I’d love some pals to hang with! I used to live in Vegas so I know some things about the place. I don’t have Facebook so I can’t join the fun there but… anyway, It’d be fun to make some new friends.

I’ll be going! I’m flying solo from my dance studio in Tallahassee, FL but I’d love to meet some of you ladies!! I’m attending basically everything that’s free lol LOTS of floorwork! (Made sure to order my knee pads months ago;)

I’m going (with family, but solo to the Expo). I am seriously looking to connect with people to meet!! ill be at the pool day Wednesday and am looking for people then, and will list my workshops below. I’m also attending as many free workshops as possible, and hopefully that will be a lot. I also take notes on all workshops so if you wanted to do a free one together I’d love company and I can always shoot you the notes after if you want them! I have a hearing disability, so I need to arrive as early as I can to all of my workshops to be able to hear, so if we have a workshop together and you’d like to warmup prior id be down! I try to get there 25 minutes early, I truly can’t hear (anyone know any solutions to this?? It is an auditory processing disorder so I cannot hear with background noise, like music.)

Hey everyone, not sure if I shared this before, but I created a FB page for all of us to keep in touch and talk about planning activities for the Expo. For future reference you can do the same thing here as on FB! Just go to the event section and start your event/group then you can communicate and even share pics right in that event. No need to approve ppl or have a closed group 😊

Nice, is there an app yet, or one in the works? I am down to use the site, I just find that FB groups can be a bit easier to access when on the road from a mobile device.
