I hope I get to see you ladies!!! We need to wear name tags and a SV tank top or something to recognize eachother. I was all excited last year to meet people and only met a couple from here.

All the pools at the Hard Rock look amazing! Last year, I met a couple of ladies the opening day by the pool for mimosas!!! That would be FUN!!!!

I am at a major cross roads with Pole Expo this year. I was very excited and going, then, long story short, I got a very had back injury. I have to take it very easy. I was not cleared to pole until most of the workshops I wanted were gone. Now, my ribs keep coming out even with light pole as I was instructed!!!! I am going in half an hour to my doctor to show her my workout video and get my ribs popped back in. 😠I am torn on what to do. Do I go and try some lighted workshops? Do I not go and just do next year and catch the workshops when they post? What do I do, ladies?? I guess it depends on what my Dr. Says today too.

I wanted to go this year, but I wanted to find someone that was willing to split the cost with me! My BFF and I were making plans but after I caught her lying to me and I spoke to someone which confirmed that she had been lying to me…I decided to end my friendship, cause I just can’t trust some that lies for no reason…. So now I’m back to square one..looking for someone, I’m crossing my fingers that I will be able to attend this year!! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I feel like not that many people from here are going this year, but most workshops are full. Weird. I had no idea that I needed to book the free workshops either!!! So I wouldn’t get to take advantage of those either if I went. They are all full!!!!!

I am not sure where we could all get shirts! There use to be a store on here, but I have not seen it in a while?

Luvlee has your chiro/physio therapist wrapped you yet? With kineo tape or something like that? My ribs kept popping out and we’re supposed to be good to go… I ran a 5k and when I was done 5 ribs were out. It’s awful. I feel you on that. My chiropractor had me buy this super flex sports tape that he showed me how to apply and. After a few weeks of that my ribs never had an issue.
