Pole Dancing and Aerial Classes in Lansing Area
Hi Everyone! For those of us from the mid michigan area, it can sometimes be a struggle to find pole and aerial classes near us. Just wanted to spread word that POLISTIC FITNESS has some great workshops in the Lansing area that are particularly great for those of us with a bit of previous experience in pole, and they tend to travel around to different studios in the area so they may be coming to a studio near you soon!

Also, a barre and aerial studio just opened in Okemos called the Vie Boutique. They have really beautiful studio space and amazing aerial yoga classes for the low.
