I just found out that Pantera is coming to a local studio in Mars, PA (near Pittsburgh) in October for 2 days. If you want more information on this let me know.

I was shocked when I heard she was coming to town, she'll be here October 9-11th at Oh My You're Gorgeous studio.

Pantera will also be hosting workshops at Fitness With a Twist in Pittsburgh on October 12th as well. I've just signed up for a 2nd session with her 🙂

Just had my 1st private session with Pantera this morning. Boy am I sore right now. She did a great job giving me tips on how to do some of the moves I've been trying from the floor for example so I don't fall and hurt myself again. Monday night I go to a group workshop. Yipee.
How cool Jeng! Did she teach you all kinds of wonderfully awesome things?

So I went to the Power Pole workshop with Pantera last night. It wasn't really waht I was expecting. It was really more of a workout of abs, arms and butt using the pole. There was no instruction on any actual pole moves themselves so it was a bit dissappointing in that respect but I did learn alot of new ways to use the pole for everyday workout stuff. I'm glad I did the private session with her on Saturday where we focused on moves I've been recently struggling with. Not sure if this is typical of most pole workshops. Regardless though it was still nice to meet her.
