Thanks AK… don’t think I’ll be getting into this pose:) tried last night and there is just nothing right about it… but just for giggles I’ll post what oi do get into, hopefully it’ll be close. Thanks Shoog! I want to try and keep up with more inspired/fun backgrounds but it’s freezing here… So everyone might just get a tour of different rooms in my house. 🙂
I haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure today will be hard. The second way beachyogagirl does it with her hands more perpendicular to the wall might be an option for me. It’s usually my shoulders that hold me up! Ha, easier said than done.

i’m behind! i can’t wait to catch up! i’ve had my family in from Dallas this weekend and they have been staying with us! Can’t wait to post my pics when i can do the poses. You ladies are looking awesome.

Day 9 I’m so grateful for my boys, they teach me an unlimited amount everyday about love and they also the most beautiful reminder of the ever present mystery which is the world we exist in. 💛💙

Ha, well you captured most of the important stuff. 🙂
What I did (maybe this is cheating?!) I didn’t sink into it. I went into cobra with my chest against the wall THEN put my palms on the wall and slid them up. If I started with my hands up it was stretching my shoulders and back at the same time and it was just too much. 🙂 one thing at a time for me!
