ACK!! I was going to do this challenge this past weekend, cause last week I was all over it, but I caught a cold https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif The goal THIS week is to get healthy enough to do everything strongly and smoothly. Ironically, after a lousy practice this morning (stuffy head, weaker than I’d like, could barely invert) I totally pulled off a bow and arrow for the first time EVER! And only slightly squashed my thumbs https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif You just never know what’s going to happen on the pole!
