This is my opinion of Nicole Williams new “sexy dance moves and floor work” DVD. Ill first start off with the moves that are in the 28 minute DVD.
    -The walk
    -The shimmy
    -Moving hips side to side
    -Knee tease
    -Tick tock
    -Body wave
    -Soul train
    -Back shimmy
    -Front pole slide
    Stretches-
    Middle v
    Quads
    Hip flexors
    Diamond
    -Hip circles
    -Snake
    -Prance
    -Sexy push up
    -Sexy push up with leg
    -Leg crosses
Very short routine with the moves
And lastly a cool down stretch of the previous stretches I mentioned.

The whole reason why I’m posting this is that I am INSANELY disappointed. I absolutely learned nothing from this DVD it has the simplest moves in pole dancing, they are all moves that you can easily replicate if you watch someone else do the move it’s disgraceful in my opinion she is a very advanced dancer I was expecting to learn something new!!!this DVD would only be good for someone who has never watched pole dancing and has no rhythm whatsoever. It was just plain unthoughtful and sloppy, I’ll leave it at that. Again this was my opinion I just don’t want someone else to purchase this DVD and totally waste their money. I’m returning ASAP. If any of you thought of purchasing this DVD please don’t, your better off looking up floor work moves and playing it in slow motion on YouTube and saving 25 dollars. No can someone please recommend an advanced floor work DVD worth paying for?

I’d like to get a year that would be the most practical option since I’m getting a pole for Christmas and I might just get it then it’s just expensive and the only Internet is on my phone and it would rack up my bill and if I get it I want to get it when I have my pole so I’ll have more time.. It’s all very complicated :s

I agree with Cherished. Alethea Austin’s floorwork d.v.d. (all of her d.v.d.’s) are awesome. I also think StudioVeena’s lessons are equally awesome 😀
    Soooo… maybe both?

I pay for both Veena’s lessons and Pole & Areial (sorry) but I find a combo of the two just brilliant, what one doesn’t cover the other does and you can watch two or three instructors versions of the same move so you are so full of tips you can’t go wrong. Lots of floor work and warm ups too.

I will try out alethea’s DVD 🙂 thank you all for the suggestions. I did sign up to pole and aerial to see the free lessons and liked them but the 249 dollars threw me off 🙁

I pay monthly, still less than what I paid at the gym! Plus I have a bit of a girl crush on Marlo Fisken, and she has some great floor work flowy tutorials 🙂
