  Hey all, I pole danced for nearly two years before taking a break for another year. Got my lovely x pole a few weeks ago so hoping I can learn again. So glad that I came across this site!! The lessons are awesome, I have a list of things to work on, and the videos are great to see how others have put everything together. I’m addicted!!!
