  My pole has a hard time spinning

  I bought the xpole awhile ago and I’ve noticed a big difference in the spinning since ive got it. Has this happened to anyone else? Should i take it down and clean it?

  Have you tightened the pole more since you put it up?

  Nope, but when it was et up it was tightened very tight and im having a hard time getting it down!

  If it's very much tightened it will not spin as freely as it should. Is this the new variant of xpole (xpert) or the old one?
