Midwest Competition role call – who’s going?!
I wanted to start a thread to see who will be at the Midwest Competition next weekend https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I will be competing in the rookie division along with a few other Veeners – Dangerous, Meaganoff and Metallichik and in the elite division we have our very own Polefitmom and Charley, Master's division has some incredible talent as well!!! I hope everyone in the area can come out and see this great show and support your fellow polers/Veeners, Veena is going to be there too!!!
TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE here! http://www.midwestpoledancing.com Also seminars still have spots open too and there some great speakers so you should take advantage if you're going to be there anyway. This event will be so much fun I am counting down the days!!
Who's going?! Make sure you come up to me and say hello if you are gonna be there I want to meet all the Veeners I can and hopefully have a drink with you guys at the after party if you're sticking around. Also remember the event is open to the public so if you have any friends that are thinking about trying pole it's an amazing way to show them what it's about. And big thanks to Mary Ellyn Weissman of Empowerment Through Exotic Dance studio in Chicago Heights for putting this all together, I can't imagine what a big undertaking this is and we are making history by being the first event of this scale in the Midwest so come out and be a part of it! WOOT WOOT! I can't wait!!!! This will be my first trip to Chicago!!!! We are going to have so much fun!!! I can't wait to meet all of the Veeners (and non-veeners too) My camera is already charging so I can take 1000 pictures that weekend!

I am definitely going and cannot WAIT to see those of you I know and meet those of you I haven’t yet met. I’ll be the lady with the blonde hair down to my hoo-hoo. LOL

We're so excited about this. The vendor area isn't very large but we've got some great stuff there so you won't be tempted to spend a ton of money but you'll have great choices!

FYI: There will be a cash bar the day of the competition in the convention hall…of course competitors and judges must stick to soft drinks and water.
After the showcase Saturday evening we will be headed to the hotel lounge which is open until 2am if anyone wants to join us!

Yaay!! So excited!! I will be in my head and pretty quiet prior to competing, I think, but I will totally be up for hangin out later!!! Just come over am say hi to me, because I am kinda shy about introducing myself… Charley will tell you about that, lol. See you later / tomorrow!!!!!!

I was there with all of the girls from my pole class. All of the instructors from the studio I go to.. Tease Dance Fitness (Naperville, IL) were there too OMG it was awesome! It was my birthday and a great way yo spend it! Everyone competing did such a beautiful job! Congratulations to all of you!
I bought some Mika stuff there too. 🙂
