I want to come!! I am only 2 1/2 hrs away, in London ont, but I’m not driving, I’m busing it there but my bus doesn’t leave for home until 7am on Sunday morning, can I crash with someone? do any of you have a couch or a floor I can jut sleep for a couple hours? LOL

I’ve gotten word that Karol’s best friend Star may be attending too! I hope so, I would soooo love to meet her! After all, she and Karol’s videos on YouTube were what got me into poling in the first place. Maybe if we’re really nice we can talk her and Karol into showing us some sweet double moves, ya think? AHHHHHHH!!! I’m so excited, I can’t wait! Actually…freeze everything…I need to work on my damn routine some more. Only eleven days left!

i think that’s a different star, empy. when i saw karol’s vids from the showcase she did i was so glad to see starr was still poling! but her dance is very different and she definitely has a bunch of tattoos. still a beautiful and talented dancer though!

OK…I just came up with this great idea!
As many know I hate performing! I don’t feel I’m a very good dancer and definitely freak out when I perform which is why I seldom do it. I’m a teacher and love to teach but hate to "perform"
SO…the solution is this: Charley, you have to get another dozen or so stage poles for the show, set everyone in the audience up and I’ll TEACH my routine! Then I won’t be scared! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

That would look really sweet! Though, I’m kinda worried about the autographs wearing away over time from cleaning agents and dancing on them all the time. I suppose ya’ll could autograph the leg-base but that wouldn’t be any fun! *SIGH* I don’t know what I should do to preserve them, I want these babies to last forever!!!

I wonder if you could use some clear nail polish or lacquer something like that? If everyone signs on the same wedge, you can just be careful about washing that piece.
