Karol Helms USPDF Miss Sexy 2010 is coming to Indianapolis, Indiana!
Karol Helms is coming to Indianapolis March 18'th for a series of workshops at Pole & Body Fitness in Indianapolis (www.poleandbody.com). Registration will be online via our website. Registration is officially open as of right now.
To register: Visit http://www.poleandbody.com- click scheduling and in the top right corner create new user account. As a new user you will be prompted to enter your information and payment information. Once your user account is created you can then click on the workshops tab in the scheduling section to registered for your desired workshops.

We hope you ladies can make it out! If you have any questions regarding hotel information, feel free to message me. We have multiple hotels within seconds to our studio. ahh I see now that the classes are mostly on Sat. I will have to work overnight on Friday so that is a no go for me 🙁

@nymphdancer- We still have a private trio group lesson available for Sunday morning March 20'Th 11:00a-12:00p (eastern time zone). much as I might love to do that I work over night on saturday night too until 7:30 am I could barely drive up there in time let alone be in any condition to pole. I loved my private with karol in Detroit.

By popular demand, Pole & Body would like to announce the addition of an Advanced Workshop on Sunday March 20'Th 11:00am-12:30pm.Karol's Sick Tricks- (**Advanced-Must be executing inverted moves**) Anyone who is already executing inverted moves such as superman, shoulder mounts, leg hangs, etc. is welcome to sign up for this class. This one is for all you wanting to learn Karol's amazing signature tricks, combos, and unique transitions!! Some of the moves covered in this workshop are: Rolling invert, Roxy Spin, Superman Fall, Holly Drop, etc. Karol will help you concentrate on perfecting your technique with each move, learning correct grips for various moves and flowing into the move while dancing with music.

I am signing up for the Saturday Sexy Floor workshop, since I am not yet released from my doctor for inversions and such. Should be a great time. I may come out to the meet and greet on Friday night, still mulling that one over. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!
