Just had to share my news!
Hey everyone, I know this isn’t a big deal…but for me it’s AWESOME!!! I was approached by a fitness info website and asked to be their feature for female fitness! The owner Brian said that I was such a wonderful example for women. I asked him why me when there are many women out there in better shape…he said that because I have absolutely no background in sports, fitness, or dance and the fact that I didn’t start with fitness until 1 month before my 50th b-day, I was perfect in showing people it can be done no matter how old you are!! Thanks ladies! I really appreciate your support!! I was so nervous about it, The dude that owns the site said he’s had a lot of comments/requests from ladies about how I did it! I’m so STOKED!!!
