  January IG yoga challenges

  Who is doing yoga challenges this year? The kino/beach yoga girl one looks way too forearm-heavy for me; I don’t want to get tendonitis again so I am doing this one instead.

  I’ll see you next month on a challenge pretty lady:) I’m taking a month off since this is my first month back ON!!! Trying to really be mindful of keeping variety in my physical life. I’ll be admiring all that do this though , I may continue to do the daily pose after my yoga session however because that seems fairly natural now:) just the taking video and editing etc is time consuming depending on the day! Happy New year Tropical!! Looking forward to seeing many Challenege vids this month!!
