Hey folks! Is anyone else noticing that videos and lessons are taking a while to load and they’re buffering a lot and freezing? I am noticing this on my iPhone and also my laptop. Maybe it’s just a system glitch?

Videos shouldn’t take any longer to load as they are being served the same way. The only potential difference is that the player can automatically grab a lower-bandwidth stream if your connection is slow.
If you are experiencing jittery videos it may be general internet latency.

I can’t seem to login to the new site from my iPad. It works fine on my iPhone but won’t let me enter my email or password on the iPad?

There is no fundamental difference between the desktop version of the sit and the ipad version. I would try refreshing and if that doesn’t work clear you history.

Hi Webbie – nothing about my internet service should have changed. I’m still finding that I can’t watch the videos because they don’t seem to load properly so the visual gets stuck and skips. I tried pausing to see if it just needed to buffer or something but that didn’t seem to have any effect. I miss watching all my Veeners!

Lola what Operating system, browser and versions of each are you running.

I’m using Mac OS.X 10.6.8 and my browser is Safari 5.1.10
But they were the same versions etc prior to the website change and I wasn’t having problems with video then… -
Lola, Safari 5.1 has issues with modern flash video codecs. I would suggest updating your computer to OS X Mavericks which is free.

Optionally you can install a browser like chrome or firefox

Hi Lola. Just want to let you know that I had the EXACT issue you are having. Chrome works, but I didn’t want to use a different browser. I did the Mavericks upgrade that Webbie recommended. There are a few visual changes I need to get used to, but I didn’t have any big issues with it. The best part is that the pauses and buffering stopped!!!

Hii. I love the new site, but I havent been able to upload a video, since it launched. I’ve tried on chrome, firefox and eksplore. I’ve updates silverlight, and still, it wont work? I miss uploading vids :/
