It certainly isn't just you. I think that about every video I take. BUT, I also use those videos and pick out one or two things I can work on (e.g., point toes, hold a position longer). I know it is difficult, but try not to worry too much about what you look like. Soon enough you will see progress (if you haven't already) and you can look back and see how you successfully tackled your goals and how far you have come. Plus, this is a truly supportive community, so don't feel like you shouldn't post a video just because you messed up on something.

I forgot to add that I also pick out at least 2 things I do really well and try to enhance those in my next videos.

I started video taping myself in April and just began to watch the tapes. I was actually surprised with what I saw.
My shoulders look strong (you can see muscles), my toes are almost always pointed and I getting better with freestyling. What surprises me even more is I’ve realized what style of music suits my dancing just from watching my videos.
It’s a great idea to videotape yourself because you might see on camera what you don’t realize when practicing (e.g. maybe you should extend your leg further or a move isn’t working because your arms aren’t in the right place, etc.), but nowhere does it say that you have to share it. When you are ready to, there’s plenty of people here to encourage you.
