    Hello girls. I believe I have injured some oblique muscle in my core on the right side. Since last class on saturday, I’m feeling a constant aching when I turn my torso towards the right. So, besides resting, is there something that would help healing faster? Thanks everyone!

    Rest is pretty much always the best idea, when an injury is new. 😊. Feel better soon!

    Thanks Veena. I was thinking in something to do together with resting, but if it is enough, I’ll take my time. ^^
