I DID IT!!!!
Hello beautiful people im very excited and extremly proud that i just have to tell as many people as i can! as most of the people im telling have no idea what im talking about!! i bought my xpole under 3 weeks ago starting out with comlpetely non existant body strength what so ever which led to a hell of alot of fustration and niggling doubts to weather i was really cut out for pole dancing but i kept at it and im proud to say that i pole climbed to the top last night!!! i know its only a basic move but it means the world to me and i want the world to know =) i look forward to the day when i can be boasting about being as amazing as the rest of you!!!

Climbing is not a small feat. It’s very important! Think of it this way; if you couldn’t add or subtract, you wouldn’t be able to multiple, divide, do algebra (ew) or geometry (more ew). It’s an essential foundation. 😀 it took me like, two months to climb the pole. But to be fair, I was trying to learn to climb in socks LOL. So congrats on your quick progress!

Good job! It took me FOREVER to get my climb. I was inverting, and doing a scorpio and gemini before I could finally climb lol.

Congrats! That's not easy! It took me almost a year to be strong enough to climb to the ceiling, so you are ahead of the curve! Yay!

Congrats! I still struggle with climbing myself but I remeber the first time I was able to finally climb. It's a beautiful feeling when you finally get there even if it is basic. 🙂

Did you smack the ceiling? In all of the tricks I have learned and all the things I can do, that was my favorite moment of all! Climbing to the top of the pole and smacking the ceiling. I told EvErYoNe!
One of my friends actually remembers the first time I saw someone climb a pole. I leaned over and said, “I want to do THAT!”
And I did 🙂
