    Hey guys, so one of my goals in flexibility is to eventually be able to touch my foot/leg to the back of me head… like in a cocoon. I am currently working just on getting my splits, so let me ask you this: is it even possible for me to ever achieve this goal? If so, what are some stretches I should be using for this type of move?
