  Hi everybody,
  im writing from China but I am originally from Italy. I’ve been poldancing only for a month (and I already got my first injury), so I am still a beginner, but I hope to learn soon.

  Hello and welcome! I’m sorry about your injury. Have you thought about taking some lessons here online.
