Hello, Question about workouts
Hi. I just joined up here today and was looking through the videos and feel a bit overwhelmed, lol. I know each one goes in order (start at the first video) and so on. And I also know that you should do a workout 3 times a week with a rest day in between. My question is how to best order the workout. Of course a warmup and strength training (to build strength for pole dancing). Where does the conditioning and stretching fit in and how long should they last?
