  Hello All,

  I’m Smilan. I have wanted to take a pole dancing class for more than a year. I have recently gotten the lap band and started a lot of working out. Im ready to give this thing a try now. I’m so glad I found this website.

  Wow, that’s great about the lap band and trying to get healthy! a friend of mine got the lap band and has lost about 50 lbs so she is psyched! poling is definatly a great way to get fit https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
