Hi everyone, I am Julian, from London UK.
I have my pole at home, and practisting.
Just managed to do the shoulder mount, finally last week, thanks to Veena’s tutorial, so very pleased!

Veena this tutorial saved my life! I can’t wait to do more.
I can’t believe that what was holding me from doing the shoulder mount all this time was actually not lack of strenght but bad technique and fear (which was overcome from starting first on the floor)
I even went to a pole dancing class and they didn’t help me with that.

Yes, actually I am working at mastering it at the moment. I have managed the SM, with the V invert, which hurt the muscles in my back because it’s all new.
So now I am taking it easy before continuing the training https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
But it’s all so exciting, I was trying for years!!!
And yes, I did do a very serious workout to increase my strenghts and I believe it helped
