		HELP!!!!!!!!!!i have been poling for a couple of years now on my own at home. i feel so all over the place. i have not mastered anything and i am too shy for a traditional class. does anyone have any tips on how to structure my own workouts. i go from trying to create a routine to working on specific moves to working on dancing. i use all the dvds and veena but i dont have any focus because i want to learn everything. it can be overwhelming at times. any suggestions?
