I have some problems with gripping with both hands and feet due to an RA deformity….I got the ankle protectors, gloves and the wrist/thumb supports all with tack from mighty grip because all the practice in the world couldn't fix the gap my palms and feet had between them and the pole.
I have to say I love them, I love poling even though a beginner. If I hadn't found this product I probably would never have been able to learn and would have given up on it. I have a long way to go starting with out with conditioning and strengthening (again after a setback) but finding a way to modify my grip was a welcome find. Not sure I will ever try inversions because of my grip but at least I have found a way to pole.

I have used the gloves because I have a chrome pole and I'm always slipping. It work s pretty well, but then I have to take them off because my hands get sweaty in the gloves even when I use powder before I put my hands in.

I just got back into poling.Im still a beginner and have learned some basic spins at the studio. At what point should I invest in gloves and/or ankle grips. I have a stainless steel pole at home and yup….i SLIP all the time because of my sweaty palms. So, I see there is a glove to for grips that you can't spin in. Is there a glove for a little assistance for spins or would mighty grip be enough (the liquid).

Not sure about the gloves, but I wouldn’t wate my money on the socks. I never used mine, they have to be on just right and your foot lined up a certain way for the tac strips to work.

The only issue I have with the mighty grip socks is that sometimes after long practices or heavy floor work my toes get irritated from the tight lining, but I naturally have poor blood circulation to the feet. I've never had an issue with the strips not lining up. I still use my socks for when I'm trying to learn moves on my bad side and I love them.
Also, thank you to whoever bumped this thread…forgot to put these on my wishlist.
