Does anyone have a place online that they have ordered from(preferrably in North America) that the wigs are not hugely expensive but still fairly good quality?

Or…lol…is that asking too much~~I was eyeballing all the ones that were out around Halloween…..but I didn't like many of them cuz they looked like they would fall apart really quickly.

    Any suggestions?

    Huge thanks

Get in touch with Nymphdancer (https://www.studioveena.com/users/view/bcb4c22e-d89d-11df-ab19-12313b090e12)on the forum….she has a huge wig collection and can probably tell you who has the best wigs and deals.

Hi! yes I have a pretty good wig collection lol and adding to it all the time. You for sure do not want the halloween ones, they tend to not be shaped right and are not easy to work with (i have several and truthfully they don't get worn because you can never make them look right) I tend to get my wigs locally, I'm a try on sort of girl. I have ordered one on line and it was pretty nice. I usually pay around 25- 45 bucks for mine locally depending on the length of the hair. If you find a manufacturer you like then you could search for that vendor on line.

If you are planning on dancing in them, invest in some "wig" tape (double sided tape meant to hold clothes or wigs in place usually you can get at a fabric store) and practice dancing in one because even though I wear one a lot they do change things, and you don't want them to come off (I plowed right out of one one night…..one minute I had pink hair the next I didn't. And wigs with long hair if you normally have short hair are "weighty" which takes getting used to as well.

Its amusing you posted this, I'm trying to figure out when I can get downtown to my wig store for some pin-up and burlesque style wigs.

I have a virtual Charlie's Angels of wigs (blonde, brunette, redhead) that I got from Wigs.com and have been really happy with them. They're from Forever Young–not human hair, they're synthetic, but they're a good synthetic lol. They stay on well and are comfy. I *love* wearing wigs–I'm way way way too impatient to grow my hair out, so wigs are it for me! 🙂
