Hey! I might actually like to do this, too!
I've been trying to stretch when I come out of the shower- things have been hectic, so not a lot of time for dancing. I'd still like to get more flexible for when I can dance, though!
I'll try to post some pictures soon. I'd like to work on… well, all kinds of splits, and hopefully back flexibility too, though I feel like I'm doing it wrong!

Well one day one:
Well I am at like a 45° angle for splits, slightly more flexible in my back. Did my AA DVD that I had only done a few times a couple weeks ago. Felt really good! Will be doing it again tonight. Can’t wait to get SV lessons to check out her flexy routines! -
Week one day 2, stretching routine done! Progress is debatable but it felt good doing it. 🙂

Must be true because I’ve been stuck about four inches off the ground on my right side for the past like two years. *grump* …of course this may also have something to do with the fact that sometimes I get in such a bad attitude from stretching frustration that I don’t do it for a week at a time. LOL Vicious cycle!

Thanks Lyme. The back flexy is where I feel there's no progress. I want that flying ballerina SOOOO bad, but my body just won't bend that way…..yet. I can only pole once a week because that's all my schedule and my body allow so stretching has become my new obsession 🙂

havent posted anything this weak or the last because there's no progress… at all… if anything I think I got worse… maybe next weak…
