  Does anyone know the name of this move?

  The move @ 2:25. Also does anyone know how to do this? Are you just holding yourself up with just one hand or do you have to squeeze ur side against the pole? I’m assuming you do………

  it looks like shes reaching under her leg with her left arm and holding on to the pole as well as squeezing the pole between her leg and thigh, I dont know the name of it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

  it’s a variation on chopsticks, or an upside-down jade (horizontal hip hold split). you can go into it like a yogini, and use your side and armpit, exactly like an upside-down jade.
