  Corkscrew on Spinning

  Wondering if their are any pointers on how to do what I believe to be a one handed corkscrew spin on a spinning pole. I believe this is what Roxy Pink was doing in her video that she submitted for the USPDF video recently.

  Not sure if the key to holding yourself up is a good grib in your armpit like doing a Teddy or its simply having the strength to keep yourself in place with the one hand/arm that is on the pole.

  I saw her video too. And I can’t do the corkscrew. And don’t know what the secret of this move is. Karol can do this move too. Maybe she can give some advice.
