Can I rant for a second?
I’m new to pole and just recently bought an X-Pole Sport. The same day I got it in the mail I followed the directions and immediately put it up, warmed up and hopped on. Somehow in the midst of my excitement I ended up getting the locking nut stuck. I tried using the straight rod, lubricants, and a monkey wrench. I finally had to call for another set of hands and we successfully were able to remove the crossthreaded locking nut. The wrench put gouges into locking nut (duhðŸ˜) and now my Xpole isn’t pretty and pristine. I know it’s a minor cosmetic issue and the nut gets covered with foam, but man I’m still upset about it.
