I'm in! I started stretching this week but my progress has been hampered already due to pulling both calf muscles drunkenly jumping up and down and headbanging for several songs in a row on a night out lol!! I can barely walk at the moment!

Yay! I have my side splits but need to square up my lefts and get the last bit on my middles. My goal is middles in front of the tree! I am close but I have a feeling it will still take some time…. I am in! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif
If anyone want to do some stretching with me let me know. I am terrible about making myself take the time for real flexy training..

So last year did we discuss a program to follow to get them?? i.e which exercises to do and how often ?

I was planning on following the Veena stretching lessons once a week for two weeks (just to get used to it), then twice a week for a few weeks before upping to three times/every other day. Hopefully I'll see progress with that!
I had a look at the splits in 6 weeks program (http://www.unique-bodyweight-exercises.com/splits.html) but I don't really want to stretch every day at first so might go to that when it's 6 weeks til xmas!

I've been off the pole for a while and stretching even more so i'm in too. I was so close last Christmas that i hope i can get it this time.

I’m in too. I was getting so close on my left side then I pulled my hamstring it’s starting to feel better though so maybe I can get back to progressing and I need a pic to put up on here anyways

I’m in! I was millimetres away a couple of months ago then lost it when I injured myself and stopped working out. Im in the middle of buying a new house so its the perfect excuse for a Xmas tree!!

I'm in too! Maybe this will help get me motivated enough to work on the splits every day, or at least a couple of times a week.

My calf muscles are starting to feel much better after the aches and pains caused by Friday's antics so I'll be starting my stretching tomorrow 😀 I'll take some before pictures too for comparison yay!

I'm in. Im actually quite flexible. I'm not too far from getting a split.
