Business cardsPosted by Phoenix Hunter on September 4, 2016 at 5:32 pmI need to make business cards because I am doing more and more hired performances at different events. I do pole, Lyra, chair tricks, fire performance and balancing and flexibility tricks. So you think I should put a pic of myself on the card doing one of these activities or is that limiting me to whatever I’m doing in the pic since I do different things. Or should I just go ahead and get a logo? Phoenix Hunter replied 9 years, 1 month ago 6 Members · 11 Replies

I would say either get a logo or use a head shot. Generally, business cards are only 2 x 3.5 inches, so a full body shot of yourself doing one of these activities would be kind of tiny.

Yes, I was thinking that too. I have a good head shot picture where I’m eating fire, but then people will only see me as a fire eater not all the other stuff I do. I was gonna put my pic on the back of the card and have my information on the front. But I think I’m gonna have to get a logo.

I have a friend who has some nice business cards. Front is info, back Is a full body shot. I would’ve thought it would be too small but it actually looks really great.

My circus friend suggested the photo on the back. I’ve seen it look good too. I’m primarily a pole dancer and want to be known more for that. So I’m thinking if I should go with a logo or maybe a pole pic. I need something in a hurry for now and have lots of pics to choose from , so I may just mAke a small batch for now with a photo and see how they turn out

That’s GORGEOUS. and vague enough that I don’t think it would pigeonhole your skill set

Thank you! I’m thinking about using it or something like it

Love that picture… or something that shows off your flexibility. I love some of your crazy beautiful split shots!

I love that photo and agree not to put just one apparatus, but that’s a great shot!!!

Thank you ladies!! Yes I might use a photo showing flexibility! That’s a good idea!
